Krosno has got well-developed systems, networks and facilities, including power network, gas grid, water-pipe network, sewerage system and telecommunication network.

Municipal water is supplied from three intakes. Current water consumption in the town reaches 50% of supply capacity. There is a large reserve of water to be used for industrial purposes.

There is a modern waste management and disposal plant and the waste water/effluent treatment plant.
