Registration for free sports and recreational activities under the initiative “Active Krosno – a series of sports and recreational activities for residents” will begin on 17 August. A total of 300 places and five different forms of physical activity will be available. The offer is addressed to Krosno residents aged 7 and above.

Participation in all activities is free of charge.

Each participant may choose one of five available activities: CrossFit, yoga, Zumba, Nordic walking, or self-defence.

A total of 20 activity groups will be created, with four groups for each discipline. Each group will consist of a maximum of 15 participants and will complete 24 lesson hours of activities conducted by qualified instructors.

Registration opens on 17 August.

Registration will be conducted exclusively online from 17 August 2026 at 4:00 p.m. until 24 August 2026 via the application form available on the Foundation’s website: PK.Travel.pl.

Each resident may submit one application for one selected discipline. Admission to the activities will depend on meeting the conditions set out in the regulations and on the order in which correctly completed applications are submitted. Once all available places have been filled, waiting lists will be created.

Assistance with online registration

A special information point will be available for people who need support in completing the application form. On 17 and 18 August, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., assistance with online registration will be provided in the main lobby of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre at 29 Bursaki Street in Krosno.

Participants who qualify for the activities will be informed about the results of the recruitment process by the organiser. Participation in the activities will begin after signing a participation declaration during the first meeting.

The initiative is implemented as part of the project “Our Krosno – Green, Entreprising and Co-managed with Residents”, financed by the Second Swiss Contribution to selected Member States of the European Union and from the state budget.
