The Mayor of Krosno has announced an open call for proposals for the implementation of a public task in the field of health protection and promotion entitled “Support in Coping with Stress”. A total of PLN 75,000 has been allocated for the implementation of the task in 2026. The implementation period is planned from 1 October to 31 December 2026.

Objective of the call

The aim of the call is to select projects that will effectively contribute to improving the mental well-being of Krosno residents exposed to long-term stress. The activities eligible for funding may be educational, preventive or supportive in nature. They should develop residents’ skills in coping with stress while also leading to a measurable improvement in participants’ well-being. An important element of the proposed projects will be the definition of specific outcomes and methods for monitoring them.

Who can submit a proposal?

Non-governmental organisations and other entities eligible under the Act on Public Benefit Activity and Volunteer Work may apply for funding, provided that health protection and promotion are included among their statutory objectives.

The public task will be commissioned together with the provision of a grant covering its implementation. This means that no financial contribution or personnel contribution from the applicant is required.

What will be taken into account when evaluating proposals?

Proposals that meet the formal requirements will undergo substantive evaluation. The competition committee will take into account, among other things:

• the feasibility of the task, including the consistency between its objective, planned activities, schedule and budget, as well as the organisational and technical resources available;
• the reasonableness of costs, including the realistic and justified nature of the proposed rates and the transparency of the cost calculation;
• the quality of the proposed activities, with particular emphasis on activities addressed to priority groups, covering various age groups, carried out on a regular basis and incorporating innovative solutions;
• the qualifications and experience of the staff involved in implementing the task;
• the involvement of volunteers and the organisation’s previous reliability in implementing and accounting for tasks financed from public funds.

How to submit a proposal?

Proposals must be prepared using the eNGO Generator available at:

https://krosno.engo.org.pl

At the application stage, the form together with the required attachments must be submitted exclusively electronically through the eNGO system. The deadline for submitting proposals is 21 days from the date of publication of the announcement.

The proposal must be accompanied by the required documents, including the organisation’s statute or regulations, a document confirming its legal status and rules of representation, as well as the required declaration signed by the person or persons authorised to represent the applicant.

The proposals will be reviewed by 18 September 2026.
